we offer everything from open top shelf bar to draft beer specials. You may also rent out the entire bar and restaurant on Mondays or Sundays.

We are proud to announce our new Executive Chef, Angel Diaz.

Chef Angel Diaz is a Mexico City native who graduated from IRT Culinary School in Mexico. He has worked with world renown Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto (at Morimoto Philadelphia), Iron Chef Jose Garces (at Tinto Restaurant) and Anthony Bourdain (at Les Halles NY).

Angel is very passionate about using fresh, local ingredients especially seafood. He is a fan of all types of cuisines, but admits to having a fondness for Italian & Mexican with a little French influence. His culinary philosophy is to keep his food simple, use fresh, local ingredients and add a personal touch to create a delicious and memorable dish.
